You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with no charge by providing us (MW Hair Academy and Salon or Aluraveda, depending on where you booked your service) with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee of 20% of the scheduled service price. If you fail to call and do not attend your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the service price at our discretion.
